About Josh Sanford:
Josh Sanford practices primarily in the areas of employment litigation, debtor defense, and domestic relations, including trial work in cases arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Equal Pay Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. In 2005, Mr. Sanford was voted “Best Attorney” (tie) in a readers’ poll published by The Courier in Russellville, Arkansas. Subsequently, in 2008, Mr. Sanford served as the President of the Pope County Bar Association. In addition, Mr. Sanford has been a member of the American, Arkansas, and Pope County Bar Associations, the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association, the National Employment Lawyers Association, the Russellville Kiwanis Club, and the Russellville Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Sanford lives in Little Rock with his wife Kirsten and the couple’s children. When not aggressively advocating for a client in court, managing the growing law practice, or helping raise three young children, Mr. Sanford enjoys whitewater kayaking, adventure racing, hiking and disc golf.

About Vanessa Kinney:
Vanessa Kinney practices primarily in the area of domestic relations and contract litigation.  During her undergraduate years at the University of Arkansas, Ms. Kinney excelled in her studies and was both a Brandon Burlsworth Memorial Scholarship recipient and a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Arkansas' J. William Fulbright College of Arts and Sciences.  While attending law school, Ms. Kinney was the recepient of two further scholarships: the Shackleford Scholarship and the Harper and Mary Boyer Harb Scholarship.  Ms. Kinney was also a Member of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Law Review, and in the Winter of 2006 the Review published her article, The Path Leads to Nowhere: The Supreme Court Re-examines the Trek Through the Political Thicket: Vieth v. Jubelirer, 541 U.S. 267 (2004), 28 UALR Law Rev. 251.  Fluent in Spanish and English, Ms. Kinney is a member of the American, Arkansas, and Pope County Bar Associations as well as the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association.  In her free time, Ms. Kinney enjoys gardening, cooking and raising her toddler, Benton.

About Debra Reece:
Debra Reece practices primarily in the areas of domestic relations and federal and state criminal law at both the trial and appellate level.  A magna cum laude graduate of University of Arkansas at Little Rock, Ms. Reece received her Juris Doctor with the distinction of high honors upon graduating first in her class with fourteen Top Papers at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law.  Ms. Reece went on to clerk for Arkansas Supreme Court Associate Justice Annabelle Clinton Imber from 2002 to 2004; thereafter, she spent a year as a Visiting Professor at the Bowen School of Law, where she continues to teach legal reasoning, brief writing, appellate advocacy, and post-trial criminal procedures as an Adjunct Professor.  

Prior to joining the Sanford Law Firm, Ms. Reece served as in-house counsel with a Fortune 550 company and founded her own practice focusing on pretrial, trial, and post-conviction relief in criminal law. A dedicated advocate for the rights of the criminal defendant, Ms. Reece has been a speaker for the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association (ATLA) on the subject of criminal appellate advocacy, and was a featured writer in the 2010 Criminal Law issue of the ATLA publication, "The Docket."

Ms. Reece is a member of the American, Arkansas, Faulkner and Pope County Bar Associations; the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association; and a member of the Board of Directors of the Arkansas Associaiton of Criminal Defense Lawyers.  In her free time, Ms. Reece plays guitar, writes music and novels, and runs lights, cameras, and graphics for the media team at her church.  Ms. Reece lives in Russellville with her five dogs.

About Cheslee Mahan:
Cheslee Mahan's practice focuses on civil litigation, bankruptcy, and probate.  While studying accounting on full academic scholarship at the University of Central Arkansas, Ms. Mahan led her undergraduate class, graduating summa cum laude with a 4.0 GPA in her major's studies.  At the Bowen School of Law, Ms. Mahan continued to lead the class, ultimately graduating 6th and clerking at such well known firms as the Rose Law Firm; Anderson, Murphy, & Hopkins; and the Barber Law Firm. Additionally, Ms. Mahan was accepted into the Bowen School of Law's Public Service Clinical Externship Program twice: first for an externship with the Eastern District of Arkansas Federal Public Defender and thereafter with Arkansas Supreme Court Associate Justice Robert L. Brown.

Prior to joining the Sanford Law Firm, Ms. Mahan practiced bankruptcy and appellate law at the Nixon Law Firm in Fayetteville, Arkansas.  Presently, Ms. Mahan is a member of the Pope County, Arkansas, and American Bar Associations, and she also serves as Secretary for the Pope County Bar Association.   In her free time, Ms. Mahan enjoys going to the lake; playing with Frannie, a Chihuahua, and Dixie, a Jack Russell Terrier; and spending time with her husband.

About Anne Milligan:
While attending law school, Ms. Milligan served as Associate Notes and Comments Editor for the UALR Law Review, and during the spring of 2010 the Review published three of her comments, including one detailing the Eighth Circuit's controversial decision in Nelson v. Correctional Medical Services. Ms. Milligan was also a frequent abstractor for the Arkansas Real Estate Review and the Arkansas Probate and Trust Review. In the fall of 2009, she served as a judicial extern for United States District Court Judge James M. Moody. Ms. Milligan is a member of the American and Arkansas Bar Associations, the Oregon Women Lawyers' Association, and the Little Rock Kobraz, a mixed-gender, mixed-sports team that runs, cycles, and plays C-league soccer.

About Lydia Hicks Hamlet:
