Michael Stiritz practices in employment law, focusing on wage cases under the Fair Labor Standards Act and state wage laws. She joined Sanford Law Firm as an attorney in 2021, after several years with the firm as a law clerk. At the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Bowen School of Law, she graduated first in her class and earned many top paper awards. She also served as Executive Editor of the UALR Law Review, which published her article in 2021. As an undergraduate student at Wheaton College, she majored in English literature and music and was inducted into the school’s Scholastic Honor Society. After graduation, she returned home to Arkansas, where she worked as a legal assistant, a music teacher, and a classroom teacher, and earned a Masters in English from Arkansas Tech University. In her free time, she spends as much time as possible with family, reads, and knits.
