About Daniel

Daniel Ford is a Little Rock native. His practice primarily focuses on employment law, including prosecuting cases under the Fair Labor Standards Act, minimum wage and overtime violations, discrimination and issues affecting service industry employees.

Daniel attended Little Rock Central High School and the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, where he majored in English and Spanish. While in college, he was active in student government, campus ministry and Greek life. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Bowen School of Law in Little Rock.

During law school, Daniel was President of Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity, served on the UALR Law Review and was a member of the Arkansas Journal of Social Change and Public Service, where he published an article on campaign finance reform.  He clerked for several Little Rock law firms and the Arkansas Municipal League, and he interned with the Hon. Kristine Baker of the District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas.  Prior to joining Sanford Law Firm, he practiced civil litigation in Little Rock, and he clerked for the Hon. In his free time, Daniel loves reading, playing basketball, listening to live music, attending Second Presbyterian Church and rooting for the Razorbacks.
